Give Away Ideas

The first "giveaway" information is:

My favorite makeup remover. Dr. Bronners Magic "All-One!" Fair Trade & Organic Conconut oil.
Yep, you got it. Go right to the oil section of your Whole Foodsy Health store and ask for the coconut oil.
It will look like a solid white shortening.  It smells sooo good. I am a coconut fan. (Notey: If your allergic to nuts or coconut then this is not for you.) It cost me about $10, but it will last a L-o-n-g time! You only use about 1/2 the size of a dime or less per time.Just wipe on eyes and tissue off. Wah la!   I leave my jar on the counter in the kitchen. Good for cooking too. : )

p.s. I am sure you noticed I switched back to my old blog format. I missed my blog roll showing. I like seeing when there is a new blog post.  Plus this feels "home-ee" : )
Now I just need to figure out how to make my header not so big and in your face. lol!

  1. OOh...I keep seeing this in the store and that sounds like a good idea - especially since my face gets so dried out in the winter. Could I use it all over my face, I wonder? I bet it does smell good!

  2. Generally, I do not use it all over my face but I am sure you could.
I do not wear foundation anymore. Just under eye concealer and it removes that just fine.

  3. Fabulous! Once in a while, I'll fix up a little and this is great to know. Will pass it on to my girls --- thanks!

I have yesterday's book, too, it's been well-used and well-loved over the years. And you don't need to have little ones to enjoy it, that's what I like about it. The skeleton and Frida turned out beautifully, Marie! xo

  4. I have used different brands of coconut oil, but Dr. Bronner's is my favorite.

I like how simply she describes each thing in the book. My children are at an age where I could share the information but it is not like having a small child. : )

I liked how all the colors in the skeleton came out. Thanks <3

  5. Hello Marie, that is a Huge and Beautiful pumpkin ! Thanks for the advice about coconut oil; we do not have the same brand over here but I use it for my hair now and then. Makes it smooth, shiny and nicely scented. Have to go and look at this colourful skeleton now...
